LicensingTabularium is released as freeware. Users must, however, respect the author's copyright and adhere to the utilisation rules set out below. CopyrightCopyright in the Tabularium database and its associated documentation is asserted by the author and the Government of New South Wales. RightsThe user is granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of Tabularium and to make it available to an unlimited number of users over a network. Copies of the Tabularium database may be distributed to others, provided it is accompanied by its documentation files. Tabularium is provided as freeware and cannot be sold. This restriction does not apply to connect time charges or flat rate connection/download fees for electronic bulletin board or Internet services. Tabularium cannot be bundled with any commercial package or distributed with books or magazines without express written permission from the author. A person may not incorporate the Tabularium database, or elements of it, into a commercial product of any kind or into teaching materials without such permission. By installing the Tabularium database, the user implicitly agrees with the utilisation rules described above. DisclaimersNeither the author nor the Government of New South Wales accept any liability for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct, indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Tabularium database or its documentation. They make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Tabularium database is provided 'as is', and the user assumes all risks when using it. Since Tabularium is freeware, neither the author nor State Records can provide software support. The author will endeavour to answer queries sent by email and will gladly accept comments and suggestions for improving Tabularium. |
